I am moving and can recommend some people to my landlord. Flat available anytime from July 1st 2021.
It is on the 3rd floor (top floor) with no elevators. It was newly renovated in 2019 and I was the first to move in. Kitchen is included for free already and everything is new with dishwasher as well.
There is one bedroom which leads to a balcony and a large living room with big windows and a lot of light. There is also a basement/cellar and secure bike parking in the backyard.
I own everything in the apartment as in pictures and will sell everything except the television, office materials, wash machine, utensols. All items are less than 3 years old. They include some the hanging lamps, the pax wardrobe, the bed, couch, sheets, pillows and everything else in the apartment. You can just move in with your briefcase. Please only apply or contact me if you are ready to take over pay for everything amounting to 3,900 euros. Please note that I fixed everything in the apartment like the lamps, curtains, hangers etc which is also included in the costs.

The apartment is in a very green and quiet neighbourhood, 3 mins walk to U2 U Neu Westend Station. Edeka is also 3 minutes away and a lot parks in the aread
