Hey there,
my apartment has two rooms, seperatedly accessible from a corridor and connected to each other thorugh a door.
There is one small room and one large one with a sunny balcony (south-west).
There's a kitchen and a bath room with a bath-tub.
It's bright but I don' t have so much furniture yet.
However there is a washing machine available.
In the house are living mostly young people and families, yet it's rather calm and quiet not a party place.
Here's a calm and relaxed neighbourhood with some cafés that opened up recently and a supermarket.
S-Bahn Bornholmer Brücke is within a 10 minutes walk.
Gesundbrunnen within 15 minutes.
Mauerpark within 20 minutes.
I generally recommend to have a bike, but for the time here I can borrow my private one if you wish.
I am looking for someone (1-2persons) to sublet my apartment for the time I will be away after handing in my MA-thesis.
As I am just looking to cover the expenses for my apartment I am looking for a connection based on mutual trust and respect. However; I want to ask for a security deposit of 350,-€.
