Hi :)
We are renting out our whole flat for ca. 5 months (08.01.24 - beginning of June 2024). It is not completely sure yet when we will return but it will probably be the first or second week of June. We can’t offer anmeldung.
It has a bedroom, a kitchen/eating/dining area, hallway, bathroom and a private Terrace/Garden. The inside is ca. 56m2 and the garden is 40m2. There is one bedroom so it is ideal for one person or a couple.
We are renting it completely furnished and with everything you need for daily living and more (coffee machine, blender, guitars...) There is also a ping-pong table in the garden that you can use. :)
The monthly price is 1150€, all bills, wifi etc. included. Since we are leaving all of our stuff here we are also asking for a deposit of 2000€ (2 months cold rent).
The apartment is located in Hochstädter Straße in Wedding, very close to the U Nauener Platz (U9). The Ring, U6, U8 and various busses are also in walking distance. There are Supermarkets, Cafés, Restaurants, Parks, Spätis, Bars, Pools..... in walking distance and its also not too far away from the Canal.
