Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung im neuesten Szenebezirk Wedding vom 10. August bis zum 14. Oktober 2010. (Mit den Daten sind wir aber auch ein wenig flexibel)
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Zimmer (23m²), ein kleines Zimmer (15m²) und eine offene Küche mit Gemeinschaftsraum (18m²).
In der Miete sind Klatmiete, Nebenkosten, Öko-Strom, Warmwasser, und Satelliten-TV enthalten.
Die Wohnung hat abgezogene Dielen und schönen Stuck an der Decke. Die zwei Zimmer gehen nach Süden raus, es ist also alles schön hell.
Außerdem wird die Wohnung voll möbliert vermietet: Doppelbett (oder auch zwei Betten wenn gewünscht), 2 Schreibtische, Regale, 2 Kleiderschränke, Couchecke, Fernseher und Stereo-Anlage. Weiterhin bietet die Wohnung: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, renoviertes Bad mit Wanne, Keller, Bügeleisen, sehr gute Küchenausstattung usw.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig (Spielstraße) aber nicht weit weg von gemütlichen Kneipen und aller Art von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Penny, H&M, C&A, Reichelt, Kaisers, dm, Rossmann und ein chinesischer Supermarkt), , Fitnessstudios und Parks.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich U-Bhf Seestraße, Nauener Platz und Leopoldplatz. Nach Mitte (Friedrichstraße) braucht man ca. 20 Minuten, genauso wie zum Prenzlauer Berg (Schönhauser Allee).

We are renting out our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in the new it-area Wedding from Aug. 10th to Okt. 14. But we can also talk about the exact dates if that does not fit you.
The flat has a big room (23m²), a smaller room (15m²) and an open kitchen with a large room to share (18m²).
The rent includes green electricity, hot water, satellite tv.
The flat has a wooden floor, clustering at the ceiling and the two rooms face the south. So everything is nice and light.
Also, the flat is fully furnished: double bed (or two beds if necessary), 2 desks, shelves, 2 cupboards, couch, tv, and stereo.
The flat also offers: a washing machine, dishwasher, a renovated bathroom with tub, cellar, iron, and a well equipped kitchen.
The flat is in a very quiet street, but not far away from numerous bars and shopping opportunities (6 supermarkets, H&M, Chinese food store), fitness centers, and parks.
Within walking distance you will find subway stations: Seestraße, Nauener Platz and Leopoldplatz. You need roughly 20 min. to Mitte (Friedrichstraße), and to Prenzlauer Berg (Schönhauser Allee).
