Hi, bis zur Vertragsauflösung bieten wir noch unsere Wohnung an, da wir nun in Eberswalde studieren

Sie besteht aus einem kleinen Schlafzimmer und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon im 4. Stock. Die Wohnung ist eher für Päarchen oder allein lebende geeignet, da das große ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Gelegen ist unsere Butze im Hinterhaus. Hierbei mussten wir uns bis jetzt noch nie über den Lärm beschweren, sowie auch uns niemand auf die Pelle gerückt ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sprengelkiez, welches durch angenehme Nachbarschaft, gute Verkehrsanbindung (u9 amrumer str. nur 1 gehminute entfernt) und guten einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw. restaurants besticht. In der Wohnung ist die Küche komplett dabei (Kühlschrank/Elektroofen und Herd/Einbauschränke). Der große Balkon läd am Nachmittag zum relaxen ein (ab ca. 13 Uhr Sonnenschein). Der derzeitige Mietpreis liegt bei 575 €, wobei wir gerne die Internet und Telefon Flat mit veräußern würden. Restvertrag noch 1 Jahr (40€) 32000er Leitung über Kabel Deutschland.
Leider benötigst du um dich zu bewerben die Schufa (request now) Auskunft und deinen Einkommensnachweis, dass du die Miete bezahlen kannst.

hey, we are moving to eberswalde, so feel free to take our beautiful and sunny flat.
THERE IS NO FURNITURE INSIDE: ONLY THE KITCHEN
it is on the fourth floor and has a small sleeping room and a huge living room plus balcony. So if you are a couple or you want to live alone it is quite easier than together with flatmates because you always have to pass the big room to get to the smaller one. We are living in the backyard house the neighbours are calm and quite, the connection to the underground (u9-amrumer straße) is great (just 1 minute to go) and next to you is everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, bars). The kitchen (fridge/oven/stove/shelves) is included.
the flat is especiallly for couples or people who live alone, because you have to walk through the living room to get to the sleeping room!
