Leaving Berlin so in need to let go of my great flat in Wedding, in which i had just moved in a few months ago. It’s greatly situated, large and bright at the rooftop-floor, (6th floor) of a building with a lift and a basement. 82m’ with 2 big bedrooms, 1 living-room with an open kitchen and a spacious balcony (south-west), central heating, parquet-floors and a large bathroom with a tub and space for the washing machine. Great for a family, flatmates or as a studio.

The flat is located in an area with very good infrastructure at the Stettiner Strasse, Wedding.
Transportation: U-Bahn U8 Pankstrasse - 3 min walk. S+U-Bahn Gesundbrunnen - 8 min walk. Plenty of parking space in the street and a large nearby-parking lot (1€/24 hours).
There are many supermarkets in the area, a Kaisers, Lidl and a few turkish groceries are just around the corner, pharmacies, banks, doctors’ offices, nice eateries, great pubs (F Bar, The Castle Pub Berlin) in a walkable distance. Many options as well in the Gesundbrunnen-Shopping Mall (Real, Aldi, Kaufland, Saturn, etc).
The contract is a standard one for an unlimited period of time through a company and thus requires all the regular documents: Schufa (request now) , 3 months’ salary-notice, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbesheinigung and if you do not hold a German passport a Mietburgschaftserklaerung is also necessary.
The new contract starts from the 1st or 15th of December.
