I am moving out of my current apartment and looking for a new tenant to take over the lease to the apartment. If you decide to take the place and if the landlord approves, you will be signing the lease to the apartment directly with the landlord.
The entire apartment is 65 m2 and has one huge room another slightly smaller room. The kitchen is very spacious and has enough room to fit a dining table and an extra couch. The bathroom is big as well with a bathtub. The larger room has an east facing balcony which faces the open back yard of the apartment and hence gets plenty of sunlight in the morning . The smaller room faces the west towards the street.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine schöne helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Wedding nähe Bornholmer Strasse. Die Wohnung ist 65 qm groß, hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein schönes saniertes Duschbad.
Das etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer ist hell und auf der Strassenseite. Das große Zimmer mit Balkon zum Osten ist ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen.
Die Küche ist auch schön hell mit Platz für einen großen Esstisch. und ist komplett mit Einbauküche ausgestattet.

The apartment is located in the border region of Wedding , Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow. It is right next to the intersection of Grüntaler Straße and the famous Bornholmer Straße and has brilliant access to public transport. Directly outside the apartment building across the street is a tram stop with access to Tram M13. Within 5 minutes walking distance is S Bahn Bornholmer Straße. The Gesundbrunnen-Center shopping mall can be reached within 5 minutes by foot where popular supermarkets like Real , Kaisers , Aldi and Netto can also be found. Next to the apartment building is a Shell Gas station that is open 24 hours , 7 days a week.

Die Lage von der Wohnung ist perfekt, ruhig und alles ist ein wenige Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in Wedding nähe Prenzlauerberg und Pankow. In 5 Minuten erreicht man S-bahnhof Bornholmer Strasse oder S/U-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen. Die Strasse gegenüber findet man der Tram M13 und um die Ecke eine Tankstelle die 24/7 geöffnet ist. Viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt’s 5 Minuten entfernt beim Gesundbrunnen Centre.

The lease to the apartment will be open ended and will start from the 1st of April. However an earlier move in data is possible based on the situation.
I will be taking most of the furniture with me to my new apartment. However if you wish to buy any of it , I would be glad to sell them to you at a reasonable price. The kitchen is furnished with storage space and an oven with an electric hot plate which belongs to the apartment.

Ultimately the final decision on the tenant as always lies with the landlord. Please have the standard documents like SCHUFA (request now) , 3 months Pay Slip , ID Card scan, etc handy. In case you decide to take the apartment, you will have to provide me with above mentioned documents and I will forward them to the landlord. The landlord is a really sweet person and speaks English perfectly well. So communication will not be a problem in case you are a Non German speaker.

Die Möbel werde ich, zum grössten Teil, zur neuen Wohnung mitnehmen. Wenn Sie aber Interesse haben, können Sie manche Möbelstücke zu einem vernünftigen Preis ubergenommen werden.
