Hallo,
wir suchen zum 01.01.2016 Nachmieter für unsere schöne Altbauwohnung im Wedding. Die Wohnung hat 74,25 m², verteilt auf 2 Zimmer (Holzdielenboden), Küche (Laminat), Wannenbad (Fliesen) und Waschmaschinenkammer. Zusätlich besitzt die Wohnung einen kleinen Balkon.
Für 50€ Pfand beim Vermieter gibt es kostenlos einen Kellerraum dazu wenn gewünscht.
Für potentielle WG's: Ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, von dem aus es in die Küche geht.
Es gibt einen Hausmeister, der täglich im Haus ist und bei Problemchen hilft falls gewünscht (z.B. Heizung entlüften oder sowas).
Die Wohnung liegt im Soldiner Kiez nur ein paar Meter von der Panke entfernt. Dort kann man super joggen, Fahrradfahren oder einfach Spazieren.
Öffis: U-Bhf. Osloer Str. (U8, U9) --> 8-10min; Tram M13 & 50 --> 4-5 min; Bus M27 --> 3-4 min, Bus 255 --> 1-2 min
Einkaufen: Penny --> 3-4 min; Kaufland --> 8-10 min; Mehre Bäcker und Spätis
Videoworld: 7-8 min
Miete: Aktuell zahlen wir 704€ Warmmiete (482€ kalt). Wir mussten 3 Nettokaltmieten als Kaution hinterlegen.
Der Vermieter wollte damals eine Schufaauskunft und Gehaltsnachweise bzw. diese Unterlagen wie in unserem Fall von einem Bürgen.
