Wir möchten unsere wunderschöne Wohnung für ein Jahr komplett möbliert untervermieten, da wir studien-/berufsmäßig ins Ausland gehen.
Der Preis von 900Euro ist als Gesamtpreis zu verstehen, inklusive allem (Möbel, Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet ...).
Die Wohnung hat zwei große Zimmer und ist aufgrund der Möblierung am besten für ein Pärchen oder eine Einzelperson geeignet. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer, eine größere Küche und ein schönes Bad (leider ohne Fenster). An das Wohnzimmer schließt sich der Balkon an, auf dem man den ganzen Tag die Sonne und den Ausblick in den gemeinschaftlichen großen Garten genießen kann.

Wichtig: Die Wohnung kann nur an Leute mit WBS vermietet werden (https://service.berlin.de/dienstleistung/120671/)! Wenn ihr Studenten seid müsste das kein Problem sein, ansonsten müsste man gucken wie wir das regeln.

We would like to sublease our completely furnished beautiful appartment for one year, because we are going abroad.
The price of 900Euro includes everything (use of furtniture, water, electricity, gas, internet..)

The appartment has two large rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom (without window). Of the two rooms, one is a bedroom and one the living room. This is why the appartment is most suitable for a couple or one single person. From the living room, you can step onto the beautiful balcony with view over the common garden and sunshine all day long.

Important: In order to sublease this appartment, you need a 'Wohnberechtigungsschein' (WBS). All German and Eu-Citizens or people with a permission to stay at least one year in germany can get a WBS if their income is below a certain level. For students this shouldn't be a problem. We could also help with applying for the WBS if necessary.
