eigentlich suchen wir einen Zwischenmiete für ein Jahr von Juli 2016 bis Juli 2017.
Da es jetzt aber etwas kurzfristig ist, haben wir uns entschlossen alternativ auch erstmal nur für knapp 2 Monate unsere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete anzubieten, um dann ab August- wenn wir für ein Jahr ins Ausland starten, einen langfristigeren Untermieter zu suchen.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, ist hell und ruhig und zentral in Mitte/ Wedding gelegen. Sie ist voll möbliert, allerdings müsstest ihr euch ums Internet selbst kümmern.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 890 € pro Monat
