I am sadly leaving my beautiful two bedroom apartment with a balcony in Wedding and looking for a tenant to take over the lease starting from 1 October. The rent is 720 euros warm.
The apartment is quite spacious and fully furnished (Couch, TV, TV set, kitchen table, built-in kitchen, chairs, a big couch, bedroom, closet, washing machine, dish washer, TV, bathroom furniture, etc). I bought the furniture less than 1.5 years old and it looks very much new.
The apartment is not fit for a WG but well-suited for a young professional or a couple. Ideally, I would like to sell my furniture to whoever moves in but I am open if you want it unfurnished.
The location is super convenient! It is only a 5 min walk from Leopold Platz (U6/ U9) and U Seestr. (U6). It is on a quite leafy street off the busy Mueller Str. There are numerous supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shopping centers just around the corner.
As I mentioned, I would like to sell my furniture to whoever rents the apartment. But it can also be rented unfurnished.
