Wir untervermieten unsere wunderschöne und helle Wohnung in Wilmersdorf, an der Grenze zu Schöneberg. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und ist mit einem Fahrstuhl barrierefrei zu erreichen. Sie ist frisch saniert und hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Arbeitsplatz, ein schönes und gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Balkone. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und sehr gemütlich.

We are subletting our beautiful and bright apartment in Wilmersdorf, on the border to Schöneberg. The apartment is on the third floor and can be reached barrier-free with an elevator. It is newly renovated and has two bedrooms, each with a desk, a nice and cozy living room with sofa and dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has a lot of light during the day and has two balconies.
Unsere Wohnung ist ein Geheimtipp, denn sie ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch hervoragend angebunden: Nur ca. 4 Gehminuten entfernt liegt die U7 Station Blisserstraße, über die man in 15 bis 20 Minuten nach Kreuzberg oder Neukölln kommt. Ca. 10 Gehminuten nordlich liegt die U3-Station Hohenzollerndamm, die einen schnell nach Mitte oder an die Warschauer Str. bringt. Mit dem Bus direkt vor der Tür kommt man in 10 Minuten zum Kudamm oder Zoo und auch Moabit ist schnell über die nahegelegene U9 zu erreichen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vielfältig und fussläufig schnell zu erreichen. Wir lieben unser Viertel, da es hier viele Bars, Cafés, Tischtennisplatten und schöne Platze gibt.

Our apartment is an insider tip because it is not only beautiful but also very well connected: The U7 Blisserstraße station is only about 4 minutes away, which takes you to Kreuzberg or Neukölln in 15 to 20 minutes. We love our neighborhood because there are many bars, cafes and beautiful squares.
