Zoologischer Garten ist ca 12-15 Minuten Entfernt.
We are subletting our spacious 2 room flat in beautiful Wilmersdorf. The flat is in a typical Berlin Altbau, 60 m2. It has high ceilings (almost 3 meters). The flat is furnished and includes: double-bed, huge mirror-door-wardrobe, sofa, desk, office chair, book shelves, commode, bathroom furniture, washing machine, kitchen table with chairs, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, fridge with freezer, etc. If you have a bike, there is a bike shed in the house.
FU, Dahlem, TU, Zoologischer Garten, Neukölln, usw. sind direkt mit dem Bus 101 (ca. 10 – 15 min), S-Bahn U-Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad bequem zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit einem Blumenkasten, ein großes Wannenbad (Handtücher sind da), voll ausgestattete Küche (Wasserkocher, Toster, Herd, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Schränke, Geschirr zum Kochen und Speisen etc.), Diele mit Möbel, ein großes, komfortabel eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Eck-Schlafsofa, Schränken und Arbeitsplatz; ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Kleiderschrank, einem zusätzlichen Eckschreibtisch, sowie vielen diversen Kleinmöbeln (Regale, Konsolen, Tische und Stühle). The flat is conveniently located in Wilmersdorf. It is fully furnished and has everything needed (sofa, double-bed, washing mashine, wardrobe, etc.). The huge Volkspark is a few minutes away. It is ideal for sports and leisure. Both Technical (TU) and Free (FU) Universitsities are within 15 minutes away. Public transportation is plenty: there is a bus stop of 101 line just in front of the house; U3 Heudelberger platz, U9 and S-Ring 41/42 Bundesplatz and U7 Blissestr only 5 walking minutes away. There are also plenty of supermarkets around (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Netto)
