The cozy, bright flat is located in a fairly large single-family house on the second floor and has its own entrance. Situated right next to Fischtalpark, the area close to Krumme Lanke, Schlachtensee and Grunewald offers many possibilities to go for long walks and to swim.
The apartment (55 m²) is fully furnished and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom/study and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and washing machine.
The bedroom faces east with a view over the beautiful lush garden while living room and bathroom face the quiet street in front of the house.
The minimum rental period is 1 year.
Rent per month: €1100
We are looking for one person or a couple. Please only non-smokers without pets. We are looking for quiet and responsible new tenants, as the house is shared with the owner and a couple on the upper floor.

Die Freie Universität (FU) und Zehlendorf Mitte liegen nur 10 Fahradminuten entfernt, ebenso die Krumme Lanke und der Schlachtensee. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und für eine gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist durch die U3 (Onkel Toms Hütte) und den Bus M110 auch gesorgt - beide Stationen sind jeweils etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Zehlendorf is a very quiet district, green and tranquil, with numerous opportunities to walk, cycle and swim.
Freie Universität (FU) and Zehlendorf Mitte are a 10-minute drive away, as are Krumme Lanke and Schlachtensee. There are many opportunities for grocery shopping, both supermarkets and markets like the ones at Mexikoplatz and good connections to the city center are provided by U3 (Uncle Tom's Hut) and M110 bus - both stations are about 10 minutes away by foot.
