Wonderful Berlin Apartment Available, Sept/Oct

We are renting our spacious apartment. The apartment has 3 rooms: 2 large and one small. All 3 rooms have full-size beds, and are furnished with desks and dressers. The apartment also has a balcony, a fully-furnished kitchen, a washing machine, and a bathtub. There is also a TV, wireless internet, and a telephone for unlimited calls (to landlines in Germany).

Wooden floors run throughout the apartment. High-ceilings and large windows make the 80+ square-meter apartment feel even larger. Situated on the 4th floor, the apartment is well-lit from the sun. Trees are in both the front and back of the apartment.

The building is located in the Berlin neighborhood of Neukölln, on the edge of Kreuzberg. Shops, grocery stores, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars are all in walking distance. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to the Hassenheide Park or to the Canal in Kreuzberg. Public transportation is available just around the corner, with subways and buses to take you anywhere in the city.

We are looking to rent the apartment between Sept. 5 and Oct. 22, but we are flexible. The cost includes utilities such as water, gas and electricity as well as telephone and internet.
