Equipped with everything the heart desires, from fully equipped fitted kitchen, balcony, beverage fridge, washing machine to a large flatscreen and a workstation perfect for home office.

The apartment is close to Nollendorfplatz and is therefore perfect. Right around the corner there is a lid and also the KaDeWe is not far. In addition, nearby are constantly weekly markets.
There is also not far to various bus stops and the subway.

Pets are not allowed and no registration is possible.

The deposit includes 1.5 rentals and the rental price is covered.

Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Wohnung unter, welche optimal geschnitten und für 1 bis max. 2 Personen geeignet ist (nicht WG tauglich).

(Einzug theoretisch auch schon zum 26.05. möglich)

Ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt, von vollausgestatteter Einbauküche, Balkon, Getränkekühlschrank, Waschmaschine bis hin zu einem großen Flatscreen und einem Arbeitsplatz perfekt für's Homeoffice.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Nollendorfplatz und liegt somit perfekt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Lidl und auch das KaDeWe ist nicht weit. Außerdem sind ganz in der Nähe ständig Wochenmärkte.
Zu diversen Bushaltestellen und der U-Bahn ist außerdem auch nicht weit.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt und es ist keine Anmeldung möglich.

Die Kaution umfasst 1,5 Mieten und im Mietpreis ist alles abgedeckt.
