Grosse Wohnung am Mauerpark mit Katzenpflege zu vermieten / Big flat in Prenzlauer Berg near Mauerpark for cat lovers

Wir möchten unsere Wohnung am Mauerpark gern untervermieten für die Zeit vom 1. Mai bis 31.7.2023. Wir vermieten zwei grosse Wohnräume und ein Schlafzimmer welches ruhig gelegen ist. Desweiteren gibt es noch ein kleines und ein grosses Bad und einen Balkon der zum Innenhof geht.
Wichtig zu wissen:

- Für die Zeit der Miete suchen wir Katzenfreunde die sich liebevoll um unsere zwei Katzen kümmern
- In einem weiteren Zimmer (welches nicht vermietet wird) lebt hin und wieder unsere Tochter (20).
- Die ganze Wohnung ist voll möbiliert wie auf den Fotos angebildet
- Bitte beachten: es gibt nur EIN Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett.

We would like to sublet our apartment at Mauerpark for the period from 1 May to 31.7.2023. We rent two large living rooms and one bedroom which is quietly located. Furthermore, there is a small and a large bathroom as well as a balcony to the Hinterhaus.
Important to know:

- For the time of the rent we are looking for cat friends who will lovingly take care of our two cats.
- In another room (which is not rented) lives now and then our daughter (20).
- The whole apartment is fully furnished as shown in the photos.
- Because of several misunderstandings, there is just ONE sleeping room with a double bed (160cmx200cm)
