Ich biete meine voll möblierte zwei Zimmer Wohnung von 01.05 bis 31.12 (kürze Zeiträume auf Anfrage) zur Zwischenmiete an.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftsgarten mit kleiner eigenen Terrasse. Ab Nachmittags bis Abends kann man dort bestens in der Sonne entspannen. Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen (Lidl, Netto, großes Einkaufszentrum). Vor der Wohnung findet man zu jeder Tageszeit einen Parkplatz. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Fahrradstellplatz und zusätzlich gibt es einen Fahrradkeller. Wasch- und Trockenraum im Keller sind frei nutzbar. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über zwei Kellerräume (einer davon kann genutzt werden). Die Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine) ist voll ausgestattet.

I offer my fully furnished two room apartment from 01.05 to 31.12 (shorter periods on request) for interim rent.

The apartment has a communal garden with a small private terrace. From the afternoon until the evening you can relax there in the sun. Stores for daily needs can be reached on foot within a few minutes (Lidl, Netto, large shopping center). In front of the apartment, you can find a parking place at any time of the day. In front of the front door there is a bicycle parking place and additionally there is a bicycle cellar. Washing and drying room in the basement are free to use. The apartment also has two basement rooms (one of them can be used). The kitchen (incl. dishwasher) is fully equipped.
