The flat is very cozy and nice, fully furnished and functional. Complete with every confort and household appliance (Microwave, fridge, washing machine) and crockery and cutlery.
It is located at the 5th and last floor of an old building. NO elevator available. All of the furnitures in the pictures will be transfer to the new tenant (including also households items, lamps, bulbs ecc), except for desk and bed in the 1st bedroom and wardrobe and "cubic cabinet" in the 2nd bedroom.

Very important is that you have a Schufa (request now) and that your income is at least 3 time the renting cost.

-HBF 10-15 min by walking.
-Public Transport less then 5 min walking. Bus stop for KolnBonn airport 10 min by walking.
-Shops (Rewe, Aldi, Barber, Hair-dress eg.) and doctors (family doctors, dentists and all the specialist) within 5-10 min walking.
-Pubs, cinema, Restaurants, gym, dancing and martial art schools within 5-15 min walking.
-Rhein side within 10 mins walking.

Please, contact only and exclusively if you agree to buy the furnitures and accept to have the apartment in the actual condition, that´s means with red and green colour of the walls! Your income have to be, at least, 3 times the price of the renting (745€).

Expenses that are excluded from the additional cost and must be paid from the tenant are internet and power bill. There is the possibilities to take over the ongoing contracts with Unitimedia (30€ montlhy) and with NaturStorm (46€ montly for 1200 Kwat per year).
