Diese wunderschöne Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Sie ist groß und hell. :)
Die Küche ist vom Schlafzimmer getrennt und verfügt über eine moderne Einbauküche, die ein Glas-Keramikkochfeld mit vier Kochzonen, einen Backofen und einen Geschirrspüler umfasst. Sie verfügt auch über genügend Schränke zur Aufbewahrung jeglicher Art. Der Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls groß.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen großen Kleiderschrank mit Ganzkörperspiegeln, zwei Nachttische, zwei große Kommoden, einen Ecktisch und einen TV-Unterschrank.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche mit Schiebetüren, ein WC, einen geräumigen Oberschrank mit eingebauten Spiegeln und Lampen sowie einen Unterschrank mit viel Stauraum.
Bitte beachten: die Möbel müssen so übernommen werden, wie sie sind, da ich meine Wohnung nur bis zum Sommer untervermiete.

This wonderful apartment is located on the ground floor. It's big and bright.
The kitchen is separated from the bedroom and has a modern built-in kitchen which includes a glass ceramic hob with four cooking zones, an oven, and a dishwasher. It also has enough cabinets for storage of any kind. The refrigerator is also big.
The bedroom includes a bed, a desk, a huge closet with full-length mirrors, two nightstands, two big drawers, a corner table, and a floor cabinet.
The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, a spacious top cabinet with built-in mirrors and lights, and a base cabinet with plenty of storage.
Please note that the furniture must be taken as it is, as I am only subletting my apartment until the summer.

Transportation:
2-minute walking distance to the next bus stop.
7-minute walking distance to the train station Dortmund-Oespel.
From the train station Dortmund-Oespel to the university is only one stop (3-minute ride).
The house is located exactly in the middle of Dortmund Hbf and Bochum Hbf.
Good parking possibilities.
