Ich biete von Anfang Dezember bis Ende Januar meine sonnige 2-Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete an, da ich verreise.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und bietet folgende Merkmale:
- Holzfussboden
- Bett 1,60m breit
- gemütliche Schlafcouch
- Smart-TV
- Tageslichtbad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine
- Fenster nach Osten und Westen, also viel Sonne vormittags und nachmittags
- überschaubare Anzahl Pflanzen, die immer mal gegossen werden müssten
Die Miete versteht sich pauschal pro Monat, inkl. Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Teil der Neustadt im 3.OG, man ist sehr schnell im Grünen (Alaunpark, Prießnitzgrund und Elbe) und läuft 5min um die Bars und Restaurants der Neustadt zu erkunden. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Späti, der gleichzeitig ein hübsches kaffee ist.
Gerne können wir in Person oder online einen Rundgang durch die Wohnung machen.
