Ich vermiete meine gemütliche helle Wohnung mitten in der Dresdner Neustadt (01099) von Mitte September 2023 bis Anfang Februar 2024 unter. Sie besteht aus einem Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer mit TV, einer Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, sowie einem Balkon. Du kannst außerdem unseren großen Garten mit Tischtennisplatte, Grillplatz und Trampolin benutzen.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Dresdner Neustadt, 2 Minuten entfernt vom Alaunpark und 5 Minuten entfernt vom Assi-Eck. Man ist hier super angebunden mit den Linien 13, 7, 8 & 3. Zur Not steht immer ein Nextbike vor der Haustür. Es gibt außerdem viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, süße Cafés und jede Menge Restaurants.

Die Miete beträgt 550€ und enthält alle Nebenkosten inklusive Wlan. Die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ihr ab und zu meine Pflanzen gießen könntet.:)
Bin flexibel bei dem Zeitraum, gebt gern Bescheid wenn ihr ein paar Tage früher oder später ein-/ausziehen möchtet.
