I have to move aboard and this place will be available from 1 september.
This flat which is in the building with two lifts consists of 1 big bedroom (20 m2), 1 living room with a 4-m2 balcony, 1 kitchen and one bathroom with a bathtub. This flat is already furnished such as bed, working table, dining table, small cabinet, cupboard, TV, several shelves, refrigerator and freezer, oven + induction stove, equipment for cooking and dining, sofa set, etc. Since I have to move aboard, I prefer the new tenant who would like to buy all stuff in this house from me.
The place is located in front of the Straßburger platz tram stop (tram 1,2,4,10,13)and the große garten is just opposite to this building, therefore, this place is perfect for transportation to the altmarkt (2 stops), supermarket (1 stop), main station (5 stops) and university as well as for jogging and walking in the garden.

Tram stop (Straßburger platz) is just located in front of the building (but the balcony of my room is open to the opposite side with green area).
Supermarket nearby (LiDL) just 5 minutes.
The main station is 5 stops from here.
The groß garten is also just 2 minutes by walking from this building.
This place should be available from 1 september 2014 but still negotiable.
This housing is furnished and I would prefer to find the new tenant who is willing to take all stuff (bed, cupboard, tv, radio, oven, fridge, dining stuff, cooking stuff, sofa, tables, chairs, lamps, etc.) from me. The floor is parquet-laminated and in the living room is paved by large carpet.
Cost of water/gas/electricity is based on my consumption.
