I am leaving this beautiful city at the beginning of March and I have to find a tenant for my amazing apartment, this is so sad because I really loved my time in this apartment!
The apartment is situated in St. Petersburgerstraße 3, just beside the Lidl in Pirnaischer Platz, 2 minutes from the tram stop, 5 minutes from Frauenkirke and Altmark, right at the center of everything! You can see the Frauenkirke from the windows of the apartment! :)
The apartment is situated at the 4th floor, it has a big living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with all the facilities, you can see from the pictures all the details.
The apartment rent is 404€ with electricity and internet not included (you will have to find a provider for those), you can pay totally about 450€, a very reasonable price for the location and the beauty of this apartment!
I bought the furniture when I moved in last year and, for that reason, I would like to sell it to you with the following stuff:
built in kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, sofa, living room furnitures, table with 4 chairs, tv 39", wardrobe, bed 140x200 + structure, desk+office chair, office furniture, night tables, eco light bulbs (x7), light in the kitchen, glass table (x2), curtains, furnitures in the bathroom, table and chairs of the balcony, wood floor at the balcony, ecc..

The apartment is situated in Pirnaischer Platz, where you can find tram n. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 12, and bus 62, 75, 261, 333, 360, 400, 672.
Beside the entrance you can find Lidl, a Bakery and a Kebab restaurant; 100m from the building going to Pillnitzer Str. there is Netto, another Bakery and couple of restaurants. In front of the tram stop there are few more shops (restaurants, fast food, Bakery and so on).
The building is quite new, the neighbours are very calm and kind, there is also a Porter Monday to Friday from 8 to 18 and Saturday from 8 to 12 in the main entrance where you can pick up your boxes in case you are not at home during the day.
You also may have a park slot in the back side of the building for 30€ per month or parking outside the gate for free.
