Hello,
we are moving out of our 2-room apartment by the end of September 2017 and it is available from 01.10.2017.
The rooms are about 12qm each. It is generally bright with very big south-facing windows.
The kitchen and bathroom are around 4-6 qm.
The apartment is on the 5th floor accessible by elevator
The surroundings are very quiet and calm.
The apartment is also very near to the HTW and TU Dresden.It is perfect for students and small families.
Public transport is round the corner. It takes 2-4 minutes to the stop Reichenbachstr and 5-10 mins to the Hauptbahnhof by walk.
There are supermarkets netto, aldi, rewe lidl, etc nearby.
The cold rent may increase a little for the new tenants and so will the deposit which is 3*cold rent.
The apartment can be acquired with or without furniture and kitchen and other appliances.
We have a stove, small fridge, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, 2 beds(140*200 and 100*200 ) and a study desk to offer 350 €(negotiable)
