Dieses Dachwohnung ist für Leute geeignet, die mit hauptsächlich schrägen Wänden leben können. Für hohe Schränke gibt es nur in der Küche und in einem Schlafzimmer jeweils eine Wand. Der Garten wird von allen Bewohnern mehr oder weniger genutzt, ist also nicht unterteilt. Aber es gibt verschiedene Ecken, wo man gemütlich sitzen kann. WaMa- Anschluss ist im Keller. In der Wohnung sind in drei Zimmern Telefonanschlüsse.
Ob zur Uni oder in die Stadt - mit dem Rad ist man in 10-15 min dort. Die Straße ist ruhig. Die Nachbarn haben schulpflichtige Kinder und Kaninchen im Garten.
Nichtraucherwohnung und für regelmäßige Partys eher ungeeignet, da es in dem alten Haus sehr hellhörig ist.
