Suche für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung am Martin-Luther-Platz einen Nachmieter ab 01. Februar 2023.
Es ist ein Altbau mit zwei Zimmern und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, welche zur Wohnung gehört, also ablösefrei übernommen werden kann.

Ich habe mich hier im Haus stets wohlgefühlt und der Vermieter wohnt auch im Haus, ist also bei Problemen mit der Wohnung immer zur Stelle.

Martin Luther Straße, direkt am Martin-Luther-Platz.
Supermarkt und Bahn ist direkt in der Nähe, ansonsten ist die Louisenstraße in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, perfekt für alle Neustadtliebhaber.

Es gibt keinen Keller, aber einen Fahrradschuppen.
Die Menschen im Haus sind sehr nett.
Es gab nie Probleme und Reparaturen wurden unverzüglich durchgeführt.
Die Wohnung ist nicht saniert, aber der Fußboden soll zwischen Mietern erneuert werden.
Ansonsten gibt es aber keine Probleme mit dem Zustand der Wohnung.

Wir werden voraussichtlich Mitte Januar bereits umziehen und ab da können wir flexibel auch schon vorher die Wohnungsübergabe machen.
