Ich möchte meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum von April bis Juni in liebevolle Hände ,bevorzugt an eine weibliche Person, untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist hell, verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick in den Hinterhof und der Garten darf mitgenutzt werden. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und die Küche ist mit Herd, Spüle und Kühlschrank voll ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr ruhig und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Hechtviertel, im ruhigen Hinterhof, mit Blick auf die Sankt Pauli Ruine. In 5 Minuten ist sowohl der Bus als auch die Straßenbahn erreichbar. Die S-Bahnhaltestelle "Bischofsplatz" ist in 10 Minuten per Fuß perreichbar. Im Viertel gibt es eine reiche Zahl an Bars, eine Apotheke und mehrere Supermärkte und Bäcker. Das Szeneviertel "Neustadt" ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und der Alauenpark unweit.
