Aus beruflichen Gründen werden mein Mann und ich die Stadt verlassen und suchen daher einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne Wohnung in Dresden-Neustadt.
Die Wohnung hat viele Fenster und ist sehr gut belichtet, da sie sich im letzten Stockwerk befindet und auch im Winter sehr viel Licht bekommt.
Wir überlassen die Wohnung voll möbliert und verlangen 1600 Euro für die Möbel (dazu gehören eine Waschmaschine, ein hohes Bett, ein großes Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Esstische, Regale usw.). Die meisten Möbel sind aus echtem Holz und wurden von Hand gefertigt, um genau zu den Maßen der Wohnung zu passen. Eine detaillierte Auflistung der enthaltenen Gegenstände kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die große und funktionelle Küche ist ebenfalls ohne zusätzliche Kosten inbegriffen (mit Geschirrspüler und Cerankochfeld).
For working reasons, me and my husband will leave the city, so, we are looking for a new tenant for our lovely home in Dresden-Neustadt.
The flat has many windows and is very well illuminated being at the last floor, and gets a lot of light even in winter.
We leave the flat fully furnished, and ask 1600 Euros for the furnitures (which include a washing machine, a high bed, a large sofa, wardrobe, dining tables, shelves, etc.. ). Most of the furniture is real wood and was hand-made to fit exactly the measures of the flat. A detailed list of the items included can be provided. The large and functional kitchen is also included with no additional costs (has a dishwasher, and ceramic cooking stove).
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, in einer ruhigen, aber lebendigen Gegend der Stadt - ganz in der Nähe der Augustusbrücke, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (3 min) ist Neustädter Markt.
The apartment is well located, in a quiet but vivid area of the city - very close to the Augustusbrücke, the closest tram stop (3 min) is Neustädter Markt.
*Die Nebenkosten sind die, die wir in den letzten Monaten bezahlt haben. Sie werden wahrscheinlich aufgrund der aktuellen Situation steigen.
Der Vertrag wird über eine Immobilienagentur abgewickelt. Hierfür müssen Sie die üblichen Unterlagen vorlegen.
Die Wohnung soll weiß gestrichen werden, aber wir würden es vorziehen, einen Mieter zu finden, der die Farben der Wände beibehalten möchte (wir haben erst vor 10 Monaten gestrichen).

We should leave the flat painted in white, but we would prefer to find a tenant that wants to keep the colours of the walls (we painted just 10 months ago).
