ich suche für meine schöne 3-Raumwohnung in der Pfeifferhannsstraße eine/-n Nachmieter/-in, gern ab 01.01.2019.
Ja, es handelt sich um eine Plattenbauwohnung, aber sie ist saniert, schön hell und ruhig und die Lage ist optimal: ganz nah an der Elbe, mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Konsum, Netto u.v.m.) und einer Bushaltestelle (Linie 62) quasi vor der Haustür.
Die Wohnung mit großem Balkon wäre auch 2er-WG-geeignet.
Meine Einbauküche, Waschmaschine und bei Bedarf auch einige andere Möbel können übernommen werden (alles 3 Jahre alt). VB für alles wären 3000€, da speziell die Küche noch sehr neuwertig ist.
