Hi All, we are looking for a Nachmieter for our current 2-Room apartment.

Location and Neighbors :
The apartment is located in Johannstadt, 5 minutes from Trinitasplatz tram stop, 5 minutes to Netto supermarket, and 7 minutes to Gerokstr. bus stop. The location is perfect for a small family since it's very close to many kindergartens, schools, and playgrounds. Our neighbors are very nice, and we never have any problems whatsoever.

What you get (with a small fee) :
Complete kitchen with branded electronics (AEG) - electric stove, oven, dishwasher
Sofa
Dining table and chairs
Wardrobe in the hallway
Some other furniture that can be discussed or I forgot to mention

We expect someone that can move in the early November - middle of November, but this is negotiable. Let me know if you need more photos, information, etc.. The House tour will be conducted in English.

The owner is Vonovia. The size is 55m and current Warmmiete is 592. Note that our Nebenkosten is high since we live as a family, so it could be less for you.
