Hallo,
wir suchen uns etwas größeres, haben aber tolle 5 Jahre in dieser Wohnung gelebt. Ob als Paar, Wg oder als Single-Haushalt, sie hat alles was man braucht. Sie hat ein großes Fenster und das Bad wurde beim Einzug neu gemacht.
Wir würden unsere Küche da lassen für 400€. Sie benötigt eine neue Arbeitsplatte, aber ansonsten ist sie top. Neuwert war 3500€. Sie verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd und eine Spülmaschine.
Bei Bedarf kann ein alter Kleiderschrank und der Tisch im der Küche ebenfalls drin bleiben.
Da wir vom Vermieter noch nicht den entgültigen Preis bekommen haben, könnte er sich noch geringfügig ändern.
Als Keller haben wir niedliche Holzhäuschen im Garten stehen, die ausreichend Platz bieten.
Die Lage ist toll, kurze Weg zum Bahnhof Neustadt und zur Tram. Die Neustadt ist schnell erreicht und man hat es trotzdem ruhig.
