Spacious and calm 3-room apartment near banhof Neustadt

Hi everyone,
I will be leaving Dresden end of April, and unfortunately I must leave my beautiful apartment/WG. One room got free a couple of months ago and I am now looking for someone new to take over the WG.

The three-room apartment has a free room to be filled anytime (bedroom 1 15m2), if you dont mind sharing with apartment with me for few weeks, The apartment is located behind the Neustadt train station (Leipziger Vorstadt) and is within a 5 walk distance to tram 13, and 3, ten minutes to tram 7,8. Behind the corner is a Lidl and many other supermarkets and cafes are nearby.

You would have access to the inner garden, two storage rooms (one in the basement, one in the top floor) and a space to park the bike. It is on the 2nd floor (no elevator), equipped with a fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave) and a big living room to share meals and time together. The flat has a small balcony as well to enjoy the sun in the afternoon and grow some plants and flowers. The bedroom (first photos) is spacious and furnished with the basics (bed, wardrobe and desk). Monthly rent per room is ca. 400 € (warm), and there is a 350€ deposit per room. Warm costs include internet, radio and electricity.
The contract will be regulated through Vonovia.
there is the usual 3-month cancellation notice for the whole flat or you must look for the room substitue youself in the case of a shared WG.

I am looking for someone long term, that would be willing to take the furniture (price to be negociated). It is ideal for couples or two friends since the other room will become available in late April (see bedroom 2)
