Furnished 2-room apartment with balcony from July to September Möblierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon von Juli bis September

For the time I am abroad I rent my furnished apartment under. The period is from July (01.07.) to September (30.09.). I only rent the apartment for three months. I am flexible in that the apartment can be purchased up to a week (7 days) sooner or later from the specified period.

It can be easily lived alone or as a couple in the apartment. The windows to the courtyard point towards the west, so that from noon to evening the sun shines into the apartment. Bedroom, living room and kitchen can be darkened with blinds or curtains. In the bedroom there is also a flying screen on the window that keeps mosquitoes well away in summer. There will be room in the wardrobe and other cupboards, as I largely clear them before my trip. The apartment has a balcony with a padded bench, a folding table, folding chairs and an umbrella.

Up to a few months ago, the apartment has lived 2 apartments. Pets are fine by arrangement.
Since it is a non-smoking apartment, it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.

The apartment also includes a separate basement, which is suitable for parking by bicycle. There is also a bicycle stand in the basement.

The kitchen is well equipped with:
- Refrigerator including freezer

- Equipment: toaster, kettle, microwave, small mixer, metal mixer, scale
- Sharp Kitchen Knife in Knife Block with Wetzstahl

Für die Zeit, die ich im Ausland bin vermiete ich meine möblierte Wohnung unter. Der Zeitraum beläuft sich von Juli (01.07.) bis September (30.09.). Ich vermiete die Wohnung nur die 3 Monate am Stück. Ich bin dahingehend flexibel, dass die Wohnung bis zu eine Woche (7 Tage) früher oder später vom angegebenen Zeitraum bezogen werden kann.

Es lässt sich gut alleine oder als Paar in der Wohnung leben. Die Fenster zum Innenhof zeigen Richtung Westen, sodass von Mittag bis Abend die Sonne in die Wohnung scheint. Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche können mit Jalousien oder Gardinen verdunkelt werden. Im Schlafzimmer hängt auch ein Fliegengitter am Fenster, das im Sommer gut Mücken fern hält. Im Kleiderschrank und anderen Schränken wird Platz sein, da ich sie vor meiner Reise größtenteils ausräume. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit einer gepolsterten Bank, einem Klapptisch, Klappstühlen und einem Sonnenschirm.

In der Wohnung haben bis vor ein paar Monaten 2 Wohnungskatzen gelebt. Haustiere sind nach Absprache in Ordnung.
Da es eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist, darf nicht in der Wohnung geraucht werden.

Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigener Keller, der sich zum Abstellen vom Fahrrad eignet. Im Keller steht auch ein Fahrradständer.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit:
- Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierschrank
- Geschirrspüler
- Herd (Backofen, 4 Herdplatten)
- Geräte: Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kleiner Mixer, Metall-Stabmixer, Waage
- Scharfe Küchenmesser im Messerblock mit Wetzstahl
