This affordable apartment is on the 2nd floor of a charming old building.
It is including an equipped kitchen and all other necessary furniture except a washing machine.
There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, there is a laundrette that is within 12-minute walking distance.

Diese günstige Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines charmanten Altbaus.
Sie verfügt über eine ausgestattete Küche und alle anderen wichtigen Möbel außer einer Waschmaschine.
Es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber es gibt einen Waschsalon, der in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
The apartment is located in the vibrant district Löbtau and within 3-minute walking distance from the Oederanerstraße tram station (Nr. 7 and 12) to access the city center, but also 5-minute walking distance from the Tharandter Straße bus station (Nr. 61 and many other options) to access the university area.
The central train station can be accessed via only one tram (Nr. 7) in 10 minutes or by bike within 7 minutes.
There are lots of shops nearby and supermarket Rewe is also within 5-minute walking distance.
It is also very close to the green space "Weißeritzgrünzug" to enjoy the green.
