Da ich ab Januar für mind. ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe,suche ich für meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung Untermieter. Die Wohnung ist 49 m² groß und möbliert!
Nach meiner Rückkehr muss ich nicht sofort wieder in die Wohnung! Eventuell würde ich sie dann auch ganz an einen Nachmieter abgeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Dresden Mickten. Super Lage!
In 2 Minuten ist man an der Straßenbahn (4). Bäcker und Dönerladen jeweils 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und weiter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa 10 Minuten! Gute Anbindung Stadteinwärts und Elbepark sowie Autobahn sind schnell zu erreichen. Balkon gibts leider keinen aber Mansarde ist sehr gemütlich!

Neue Mieter sollten ordenlich mit der Wohnung umgehen! Haustiere sind erlaubt.
