Hallo, wir würden gern unsere 2 Raum Wohnung im Hechtviertel tauschen. Gesucht wird eine WG geeignete 2 oder mehr Raum-Wohnung in der Neustdt, Leipziger Vorstadt, Pieschen oder Johannstadt.
DIE WOHNUNG hat ein 17qm großes Schlafzimmer und ein 23 qm großes Wohnzimmer, von diesem geht die kleine Küche ab. Es ist eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, E-HErd etc. vorhanden. Das Bad ist innenliegend, vollgefliest mit Badewanne und natürlich Platz für eine Waschmaschine... Am Flur befindet sich eine Abstellkammer, diese ist ca. 3 qm groß. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat je im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer 2 große Fenster nach Ost bzw. West. In der gesamten Wohnung ist helles Laminat verlegt, die Wände sind weiß gestrichen. Es sind schöne neue dunkle Holfenster.
Die Rudolf-Leonhardtstr. grenzt direkt an die Neustadt an. Der Bischofsplatz, von welchem die Straßenbahn abfährt, ist nur eine Minute entfernt.
Ja, dies ist ein Tauschangebot. Die Miete sollte nicht höher liegen als die dieser Wohnung (entsprechend der Zimmer natürlich auch teurer). Gern gesehen ist teil- oder unsaniert =)
Haustiere sind kein Problem. Im Sommer wird im Garten ab und zu gegrillt. Dieser ist für jeden nutzbar.
