Zu Anfang Mai wird unsere schöne Wohnung frei, welche perfekt für eine WG geeignet ist. Die beiden Zimmer sind gleich groß, mit ca. 16 m2. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, in der man prima zusammensitzen kann und ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Fenster.
Ein kleines Kellerabteil gehört ebenfalls zur Wohnung.
Die Küche soll für 150 € Abschlag übernommen werden. Die Möbel aus Zimmer 1 und 2 könnten teilweise übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist im Herzen der Neustadt gelegen, es befinden sich also ausreichend Restaurants, Bars, Lebensmittelläden und kleine Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem ist der Alaunpark praktisch direkt um die Ecke. Die Straßenbahnen 3,6,7,8,11,13 sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar.
Trotz des Neustadttrubels ist die Wohnung allerdings ruhig gelegen, da sie sich in einer Seitenstraße befindet.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, ein Einzug in der ersten Mai-Woche wäre eventuell auch möglich.
