Ich gebe meine schöne Wohnung her und das zum 1.2.2018!
Ich habe ein großes Hochbett im Schlafzimmer eingebaut - das kann ich entweder ausbauen oder es kann für einen Obolus übernommen werden. In der Küche kann ich Herd und Waschmaschine da lassen. Und auch die Möbel auf dem Balkon können übernommen werden. Am besten schreibt mir via Mail oder sms! Dann kann man gern einen Termin zum besichtigen ausmachen. Eine Bedingung vom Vermieter: keine wg! Nur Pärchen, einzelmieter, Ehepaar und min. 3x Kaltmiete als Nettoeinkommen.
