I am looking for a new female tenant to share the apartment with me. This is a very bright and quiet apartment directly on the main street at Albertplatz. The room offered here is about 15m² in size and has a spacious balcony facing the inner courtyard (~4m²). The bathroom is inside, with a bathtub and a washing machine. There is also a small but well-functioning kitchen inside!
The cold rent 300€ includes heating and water already. The extra ~40€ is for electricity, rundfunkbeitrag, and internet. To note, there is chance to pay more or get reimbursed from "heating/water/electricity" based on the annual sum.
The current tenant will move out on May 7th, so the ideal moving-in date could be around mid to end May.
Last, I am a Taiwanese girl and can speak Mandarin and English. I am good with communication and good at keeping clean:) In general the vibe here is peaceful (no party).
Due to its location directly on Alberplatz, you could get trams (3, 6, 7, 8, 11) and walk to Dresden Neustadt train station in 5 minutes. The market hall with a convenience store is right at the corner of the living community. Also, the Simmel Center with drugstore, Aldi and Edeka is about a 5-minute walk away. Another big advantage is the location right on the edge of the trendy Neustadt district. So here is really convenient and chill!
The furniture and part of the kitchen should be taken over from the current tenant. 250€ for kitchen + 350€ for furniture in room (big closet, three shelves, office desk, desk chair, curtains, cabinet, bedside table, small table and chairs for balcony, lamp - no bed and mattress). Price and items could be negotiated with the current tenant. Due to no bed in the room, a sofabed from me could be offered. Details can be discussed later.
