Ich muss leider aufgrund beruflicher Veränderungen aus meiner Wohnung ausziehen. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und nachts ruhig. Ideal für Singles oder Pärchen (auch mit Kleinkind). Unten stehen ein paar Facts.
- Hochwertig sanierter Altbau mit Echtholzparkettfußboden, innen liegendem Marmorbad mit Wanne, Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ceranfeld und Geschirrspüler. Highlight ist der Balkon zum Innenhof gelegen!

- Fahrräder können im Hinterhof abgestellt werden.
- Zentral gelegen. ÖPNV (Tram13 direkt vor Haustür) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Tram 3 in 5 min, Tram 4 und Tram 9 in 7 min zu Fuß, S-Pieschen in 8 min zu Fuß) zu erreichen, es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale (Lidl, Netto, REWE, Unverpacktladen, türkischer Supermarkt, Bars, Späti). Zur Autobahn sind es nicht einmal 10 Min mit dem Auto und bis zur Elbe ebenso (fußläufig).
