Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im schönen Plauen, etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom FC-Weiskopf-Platz, die Uni ist nicht weit weg. In direkter Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Biosupermarkt, Aldi, Bäcker, Metzger, Gemüseladen usw.), außerdem ist man mit der nahen Buslinie 62 gut an die ganze Stadt angebunden.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the nice Plauen neighborhood, about 5 minutes walk from FC-Weiskopf-Platz. The university is not far away. In the immediate vicinity there are several grocery stores (Lidl, biomarkt, Aldi, bakeries, butchers, vegetable stores, etc.), and you are also well connected to the whole city with the nearby bus line 62.
Haustiere sind erlaubt, müssen aber vorab angezeigt und genehmigt werden.
Die Wohnung ist frei zum 01. August 2021, Besichtigungstermine können für abends vereinbart werden. Ich spreche Englisch, Französisch und nur ein bisschen Deutsch (Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für mich einfacher), und freue mich auf eure Anfragen!
