Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist 53qm groß und liegt im 1. OG. Der Balkon geht zum Hof raus und man hat Blick ins Grüne/Richtung Stadt. Die Wohnküche bietet sehr viel Platz. Ich habe einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch sowie einen Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen. Es ist also auch genug Platz, um mal ein paar Leute einzuladen :)
Kückenutensilien und Geschirr sind in großer Menge verfügbar. Es kann alles genutzt werden.
Ich habe zwar nur ein kleines Bett, zusätzlich jedoch noch eine Gästematratze.
Die Wohnung möchte ich in ihrem Zustand belassen und möbliert vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist in einer Sackgasse gelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Der Wasaplatz mit Bus- und Bahnanbindung ist in 4min zu erreichen, zum Bahnhof Strehlen (S-Bahn) sind es ca. 6-7min.
Supermarkt, andere Geschäfte, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants und Cafés sind nur max. 5 min entfernt.
Der Große Garten (Park) kann für Sport und Entspannung genutzt werden und ist zu Fuß nur 10min entfernt.
Ich möchte von Dezember bis Februar reisen und suche daher jemanden zur Zwischenmiete. Ich werde wahrscheinlich maximal bis Mitte Februar weg sein, über den Zeitraum lässt sich jedoch sprechen und über das Geld auch :)
Da ich sehr viele Pflanzen habe, suche ich einen Pflanzenliebhaber/in (m/f/d), der/ die sich um meine Pflanzen (Grünpflanzen) kümmert ;)
