Für meine feine Wohnung in Striesen suche ich ab sofort einen Nachmieter.

Dich erwarten eine liebe Hausgemeinschaft, mehrere Räume, ein Balkon (Nord-Ost) und Kellerabteil. Im Garten sind gemeinsam genutzte Wäschestangen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen und durch ihre Aufteilung auf mehrere Räume geeignet für Singles oder Paare.
Vor-Ort-Besichtigungen ab sofort möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen Altenberger Platz, Pohlandplatz und Schiller-platz zum Hinterhof gelegen. Mehrere Haltestellen (Buslinien 61, 63, 65, Bahn 4, 6, 12 und bald wieder 10) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Schiller-Galerie, Edeka, Aldi) sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar.

Ein PKW-Stellplatz im Hof kann ggf. von einem Nachbarn übernommen werden (er benötigt ihn nicht).

Die Hausverwaltung benötigt ca. 2 Wochen für Vertrag/Übergabe. Erwartet werden It. Hausverwaltung eine geregelte Beschäftigung oder bei Studenten ein Elternteil als Mitmieter/Bürge. Die angegebene Warmmiete ist mein aktueller Mietpreis.

Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Einbauküche (ohne Geräte) würde ich gern in der Wohnung belassen.
