Hallo! Ich suche relativ kurzfristig einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Raumwohnung in Striesen. Sie liegt im 1. OG eines renovierten Altbaus. Die Ausstattung umfasst eine Einbauküche, Laminat in allen Räumen (außer im Bad), Keller, Trockenraum und nach Wunsch einen Stellplatz vorm Haus hinter einer Schranke. Ein großes Bett für 2 Personen kann von mir übernommen werden.
Da es sich um ein Hinterhaus handelt, ist man vorm Straßenlärm gut geschützt.
Alles, was man alltäglich gebrauchen kann, liegt direkt vor der Tür. Dazu gehören: Edeka- und Aldi-Supermarkt, Waschsalon, Sparkasse, Straßenbahnhaltestelle Li. 4+10, Irish Pub und Programmkino. Am Uni-Klinikum ist man mit der Bahn in ca 12 min., zum Hauptkampus der TU oder in das Stadtzentrum dauert's etwa 20 Minuten.
Bei Interesse bitte schnellstmöglich bei mir melden! Der Einzugstermin wäre entweder der 01.06. oder der 01.07., was davon abhängt, ab wann ich in eine neue Bleibe ziehen kann.
