Die Wohnung bietet ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Ecksofa und Balkon mit Sitzecke. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit (Dusch) Wanne und Waschmaschine stehen zur Verfügung sowie ein Schlafzimmer.
Die Untervermietung während unseres Sabbatjahres verlief einwandfrei, vielleicht ist ja jemand auf der Suche während wir nochmal is Ausland reisen.
Fotos und Details gibt es bei ernsthaftem Interesse.
Die Linien 8 und 66 fahren quasi vor der Haustür, die Linie 3 ist ebenso wie Hbf und Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. In den Plauenschen Grund oder in den Großen Garten bzw. an die Elbe ist man in 10-15 Fahrradminuten. Die Uni ist ebenfalls gleich die Straße vor sehr gut mit Bus und Rad zu erreichen.
Pflanzen müssten mit gegossen werden ;)
