zum 1 Juli 2011 wird mein Zimmer in einer tollen WG frei.Das Zimmer is 14 m² "groß" und ausgestate mit einem Balkon zur Sonnenseite ;).In der WG wohnen nur Studenten oder Universitätsabsolvente.Die Mitbewohner sind alle sehr offen und oft sitzen wir gemeinsam im Gemeinschaftraum und quatschen miteinander schauen TV oder ähnliches (Anna 24j,Anja 23j,Alex 25j,Diana 24j und Marcel 25j).
Mal etwas zur Wohnlage das Zimmer ist ja sehr preiswert 186 Euro Warmiete inkl Internet,Telefon,TV und für Studenten perfekt geiegnet.Man erreicht die HTW zufuß innerhalb von 1 min Hauptbahnhof und Stadtzentrum inner von 10 min und zur TU max 15 min.
PS: Mit Absprache ist es auch möglich direkt einzuziehen oder schon mitte/ende des Monats Juli
