We have this 4 room apartment and would like to sublet it.
We have also kitchen with Dishwasher and separate Fridge & washing machine and a big balcony.
There is a very big cellar to store things and also keep bicycle.
This is very near to the University (Nuernberger Platz) and there is a bus stop just few minutes away. The location is very good and safe (there is Police station nearby) and also there is a garden to have fun in the evenings.
There are many grocery shops available nearby such as ALDI, KONSUM and main train station is just 15 mins away by foot!
Already we have a wardrobe, & a cot.
