Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig & Saniert.
Der Grund für meinen Auszug ist, dass ich mit einem Freund in eine WG ziehe.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Großes Kellerabteil & ein Großer Dachboden um zb. Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Sehr gute verbindungen zur Uni & in die Stadt sind vorhanden.
Buslinie 61 (direkt richtung Uni) bedarf einen Fußmarsch von ca. 30 Sek.
Buslinie 62 (direkt bis ins Stadtzentrum) bedarf einen Fußmarsch von ca. 1 min.
Das Bad ist voll Gefliest, in dem sich auch der Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet.
