Schöne helle Wohnung. Alle Zimmer mit Fenster, Großteil nach hinten zum grünen Innenhof gelegen. Großer überdachter Balkon, ebenfalls zum Innenhof. Waschmaschinenanschluss im Bad. Doppelglasfenster in allen Zimmern.
Wohnung hat eine qualitativ hochwertige EBK (1.300 € verhandelbar), die ich weiterverkaufen möchte. Außerdem können bei Wunsch ein Kleiderschrank, ein Sessel, eine ausziehbare Couch, Blumenkästen und Vorhänge/Rollos übernommen werden (wenn nicht entsorge ich es). Rollos sind von Ikea und dadurch auch leicht zu tauschen.
Ich bin Nichtraucher und hatte keine Haustiere. Nachbarn bunt gemischt von Rentnern bis zu Studenten. Keine Hunde im Haus.
Kontakt:
Quasi direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie 8 (Südvorstadt) und Buslinie 61 (Bernhardstrasse) gelegen. Das Nürnberger Ei mit Sparkasse, Fleischer, Bäcker, Blumen-, Obst- und Gemüseladen und Frida Konsum sind nur einen Steinwurf weit weg.
Zur Linie 3 und 62 sind es ca. je 700 Meter.
Große begrünter Innenhof mit Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen oder Tischtennis zu spielen. Blick vom Balkon Richtung Altstadt.
Vermieter ist die Gagfah. Ich ziehe berufsbedingt aus Dresden weg.
Internetanschluss: Kabel bis 100.000 und DSL bis 50.000 verfügbar.
